Setting Up Your Ignite Account

If it is your first time using Ignite, you will need to set up your new account. The Ignite system is a single sign-on system designed to eliminate duplicate accounts so that you only have one username and password to remember.

State Association Members

1. Simply log in with your existing login and password. Your account will automatically be created for you.
   
2. NOTE: If you are a member of multiple state associations hosted on the Ignite system, you will only need one account. Once it is created, you can add your old usernames and passwords from any additional associations you may be a member of.
   
3. If you need HELP, or if you can't remember your old username and password, please click on the "Chat with live support now" button in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
   
4. If live chat support is offline, please click the offline button and file a ticket with your (1) association name, (2) member name, (3) phone number and (4) email. A support representative will contact you to provide you with your login and password.

If this is your first time using Ignite:

1. Click here to create your Ignite account
   
2. You will receive a confirmation email with your login information
   
3. Complete your personal profile (bio…just put name you can edit later)
   
4. Click on Search for old accounts and search for your OLD auction calendar login by typing it into the search box and clicking the search button.
   
5. Click on "This is Me!" beside the listing that says "customer account" and type in your OLD login name and password and click "Add to My Account"
   
6. repeat the search process for any association accounts and click "This is Me!" beside the listing that says "association member account"
